When you subscribe to either the Medii Sculpt Face & Body Contouring device or the Sculpt 102 Body Contouring device, you begin by purchasing the upfront training and starter package.

Yes – all subscriptions require an upfront payment. The amount depends on the device you choose.

The upfront cost includes your mandatory training and starter package, which provides everything you need to begin treatments and obtain insurance:

  • Mandatory online training (must be completed at least 7 days before in-person training)
  • In-person practical training course
  • Marketing materials
  • Roller banner
  • Starter consumables

Training is mandatory to obtain valid insurance and ensures treatments are carried out safely and in line with industry standards.

Yes. Online training is mandatory and must be completed at least 7 days before your in-person training course.

No. The upfront cost covers the training and starter package only. The device is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Your monthly device subscription begins after your training has been completed and your subscription agreement is in place.

Soft credit checks may be carried out as part of your application, but this does not affect your credit score. The subscription does not go on your credit file.

Yes. Our subscriptions are designed to be an accessible option for clinics and practitioners. As long as you are not in an IVA or a debt management plan, you should be eligible. Terms and conditions apply.

You can subscribe to:

Once your subscription is approved, we will schedule your training and arrange device delivery. Delivery is typically within two weeks, subject to availability.

Our standard subscription term is 12 months.

Subscriptions run on 12-month terms and will automatically renew unless you notify us of your wish to cancel at least 3 months before the end of your current term.

Once your purchase is complete, you will be assigned a dedicated Business Development Manager who will provide full business support.

They will:

  • Contact you to welcome you onboard
  • Guide you through your training journey
  • Support you with launching the device in your clinic
  • Refer you to MySmart Start, who will set up your monthly device subscription payment

They will remain your main point of contact throughout your subscription.
